Shipping
Rates and delivery
Shipping is free worldwide on every order — no minimum. Delivery time depends on destination:

What to expect
- Rolls ship in rigid tubes to protect the film's edges. Inspect the tube on arrival.
- Orders placed after 2pm ET, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
- International orders: duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included at checkout.
- We don't ship to freight forwarders — if a package is forwarded, we can't help with loss or damage after delivery.
Photograph the tube and the film before unrolling further, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Transit damage is on us — we'll replace the roll.
Returns
Vinyl is cut to order from master stock. Once a roll is cut, it can't be restocked or resold, and film that's been unrolled, handled, or stored outside our conditions can't be guaranteed to perform. That's why every roll sale is final — including partial rolls, opened rolls, and any film that has been cut, applied, or removed.
Order the right thing the first time
- Order a sample booklet. $39, credited back on your first roll order. Screens misrepresent color — especially chameleons, metallics, and satins. Hold the swatch against your paint in daylight.
- Check the coverage guide. Coupe ≈ 55ft, sedan ≈ 65ft, SUV or truck ≈ 75ft. When you're between sizes, order up — leftover film covers mistakes and future repairs.
- Ask us first. If you're unsure about a color, a finish, or how much you need, email before you buy. We'd rather answer a question than have you stuck with the wrong roll.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, that's ours to fix — email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it. Manufacturing defects are handled under the warranty below. "Final sale" applies to buyer's remorse and ordering errors, not to us getting it wrong.
Cancellations are possible only before an order ships. Once it's in transit, it's final.
Install & care
Before you start
- Install indoors between 50–90°F on a clean, fully decontaminated surface. Dust and wax under film shows immediately and voids the finish.
- Wrap only over sound factory paint. Film applied over damaged paint, primer, respray, or existing wrap may lift the surface on removal.
- Let the vehicle come to room temperature. Cold panels cause adhesive failure at edges.
During install
- Use air-release techniques — squeegee from the center out, don't overstretch. Stretching past roughly 20% thins the film and shortens its life.
- Post-heat every stretched area, edge, and recess to 200°F. This is the single most-skipped step and the most common cause of lifting.
- Leave a small relief at panel edges rather than wrapping tight over sharp lips.
Aftercare
- Wait 48 hours before the first wash so the adhesive can fully set.
- Hand wash only. No automatic brushes, no pressure washing within 6 inches of an edge, no abrasive polishes.
- Matte and satin: matte-safe products only. Wax, sealant, and polish will create permanent shiny patches.
- Remove bird droppings, fuel spills, and bug residue promptly — they etch film the same way they etch paint.
- Park in shade or indoors where you can. UV is what ages every wrap.
A bad install ruins good film, and labor costs more than the roll. If you're wrapping a full vehicle for the first time, have a professional do it — or practice on a spare panel first.

- Cracking, peeling, and delamination not caused by installation
- Excessive fading or color change beyond normal weathering
- Adhesive failure under normal conditions
- Manufacturing defects present in the film as supplied
What's not covered
- Installation error — overstretching, insufficient post-heat, contaminated surfaces, edges wrapped over sharp lips
- Damage from accidents, vandalism, road debris, hail, fire, or chemical spills
- Improper care — automatic car washes, pressure washing edges, wax or polish on matte and satin
- Film applied over damaged paint, primer, respray, or existing wrap
- Normal wear on high-impact areas such as leading edges, mirrors, and rocker panels
- Labor, removal, or reinstallation costs
Email us your order number and clear photos of the issue — full panel plus a close-up. We'll assess and, if it's a defect, replace the affected film. We cover the film, not the labor. We aim to respond within two business days and we don't make people fight for it.
FAQ
How much film do I need?
Coupe ≈ 55ft, sedan ≈ 65ft, SUV or truck ≈ 75ft, partial wraps and accents 15–35ft. All rolls are 60" wide. Between sizes? Order up — leftover film covers mistakes and future repairs, and you can't add to a partial wrap later in the same batch.
Will the color match what I see on screen?
Close, but never exact. Every screen renders color differently, and finishes like chameleon, metallic, and satin change with viewing angle and light. Order a sample booklet and check it against your paint in daylight — the $39 comes back on your first roll order.
Will wrapping damage my paint?
Not on sound factory paint. Our film uses removable air-release adhesive designed to lift clean. Film over damaged paint, primer, respray, or an existing wrap is a different story — that can pull the surface on removal, and it isn't covered.
How long does a wrap last?
Five to seven years outdoors depending on the finish, with proper install and care. Garage-kept vehicles run longer; daily drivers in full sun run shorter. Chrome and chameleon films are the shortest-lived because the pigment layers work harder.
Can I install it myself?
Gloss and satin are the most forgiving for a first attempt. Chrome punishes everything — heat, stretch, fingerprints — and should be left to a professional. Whatever you choose, read the install section above first; most failures come from skipping post-heat.
Do you sell pre-cut kits?
No — we sell film by the roll so installers can cut to their own patterns. If you need a pre-cut kit, a plotter shop can cut one from our film.
Do you offer dealer pricing?
Yes. Shops get tiered pricing, priority stock on limited drops, and free swatch decks. Apply through the dealer program page — we review within 48 hours, and your account works at retail pricing in the meantime.
When do you restock sold-out colors?
Standard colors restock continuously. Limited series films are one run only — when a numbered series sells out, it retires for good. Join the drop list to hear about new releases first.
