Return and Refund Policy
All film sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on rolls.
Vinyl and PPF are cut to order from master stock. Once a roll is cut it cannot be restocked or resold, and film that has been unrolled, handled, or stored outside our conditions cannot be guaranteed to perform. This applies to all film, including partial rolls, opened rolls, and any film that has been cut, applied, or removed.
Order the right thing the first time
We would rather answer a question than have you stuck with the wrong roll.
- Order a sample booklet before committing to a roll. $39, credited back on your first roll order. Screens misrepresent color, especially chameleons, metallics, and satin finishes. Hold the swatch against your paint in daylight.
- Check the coverage guide. Coupe approximately 55ft, sedan approximately 65ft, SUV or truck approximately 75ft. When you are between sizes, order up — leftover film covers mistakes, offcuts, and future repairs.
- Contact us before you buy if you are unsure about a color, a finish, or how much film you need.
What we do cover
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, that is ours to fix. Photograph the tube and film before unrolling further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item at our cost.
Manufacturing defects are handled under our warranty: 7 years on cast vinyl and 10 years on paint protection film, against cracking, peeling, delamination, adhesive failure, and excessive fading under normal use. The warranty covers the film, not installation labor.
Final sale applies to buyer's remorse and ordering errors. It does not apply where we have made a mistake.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they ship. Once an order is in transit it is final.
