Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of infiniteillusion.net and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Infinite Illusion supplies cast vinyl wrap film, paint protection film, and related products. We are based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and ship. We may decline or cancel an order — including after confirmation — where a product is out of stock, a price or description is listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices shown at the time you order are the prices that apply to that order. Dealer pricing applies automatically to approved dealer accounts while signed in and is confidential to that account.

Products and color

We describe our film as accurately as we can, but screens misrepresent color. Colors shown on this site are a guide, not an exact match. Finishes including chameleon, metallic, iridescent, and satin vary in appearance with lighting and viewing angle. Order a sample booklet if exact color matters to your job.

Film specifications, including thickness, durability ratings, and install temperatures, describe the product under normal conditions and are not guarantees of performance in any specific application.

Installation

We supply film. We do not install it and we are not responsible for installation. Film applied over damaged paint, primer, respray, or existing wrap may affect the surface beneath on removal. Installation carries risk and should be carried out by someone competent to do it. Any advice we provide about installation is offered in good faith and does not create liability on our part.

Sales are final

All film sales are final. See our Return and Refund Policy for details, including what we do cover — damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments, and warranty claims.

Warranty

Our film carries a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, set out in our warranty terms. The warranty covers the film only, not installation labor, removal, or reinstallation costs. It does not cover installation error, improper care, or damage from accidents or road debris.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. Dealer accounts are subject to our Dealer Terms of Supply. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the site, breaches these terms, or shares dealer pricing publicly.

Intellectual property

The Infinite Illusion name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to us. Approved dealers may use our name and logo to identify themselves as authorized dealers while their account is active. Otherwise, do not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, labor costs, or vehicle downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
